Thank you Jan. I was curious as I have completed the financial statement they sent me and this will show them that the 'surplus' just isn't there anymore....so I wondered if they would contact me when they saw that or whether I should make a seperate representation to them...

This is despite the new house being worth much less and us being in positive equity. The IVA would, the ...

We had thought of that option but would like really to keep on the mortgage ladder. There is a surprising lack of information on the internet about bad-credit mortgage lenders!

They told us that this can only be done by satisfying our current mortgage and then making a fresh application for the...

Hi - just wanted to say that our creditor's meeting was held this morning. Although there were a few amendments, the proposal wasn't changed much and was subsequently accepted! I feel like a weight has lifted and we can start the process of successful financial management. I am so grateful to our IP...

Hi. Our IVA proposal meeting has been called for 8th July. This was called on 22nd June. I am concerned by two things: 1) This doesn't seem to allow the 6 weeks notice to our creditors 2) Our IP has proposed a payback of 29p in the pound. Our highest credit amounts are with the Halifax and I have re...
