Thank you. Its interlocking. He won't even speak to me now because I called my ex friend some choice names when I found out (I think his exact words were 'You are being a bit unfair to her'), so sorting amicable solutions isn't an option.....All I want is to be able to keep this house. I don't want ...

I ask because I am really worried about my car going through its MOT soon, its 15 years old and every year it gets through by the skin of its teeth so I know the eventual o...

Bizarre question, but I just tried to place an order online with Toy 'R' Us and when it came to the card details I selected 'Visa Debit' as the card type because thats what my card says (opened an account with Coop recently and they send out Visa Debit now not Electron as I am sure some of you will ...

Yep I agree. First one I had was terrible, I was shaking like a leaf! Now I just tell them straight. Glad you had a positive responce to the 'no ref number' question, I wasn't so lucky, but at the end of the day we are all sorting out our problems so they can just wait![:D] Well done!

Agree with Lesley. Don't under estimate your outgoings, be totally honest. Otherwise you are setting up yourself to fail an IVA.
Im actually so paranoid I think I would declare I spent a pound and won it back on a scratchcard![:D]
