Can anyone please tell me the percentage of deposit required for a mortgage with a satified IVA? Are mortgages avaialble with a really good deposit at present?

Just called my IP again who have told me that the company in question have still not come back to them so they have gone ahead without them and it is approved!!!

I've given them a call and the stalling block seems to be that one of the creditors wants the IVA to fail if this money is not paid within 'x' days of them agreeing. D-day awaits

Well... eventually got the paperwork on Friday and have sent it back. Waiting on meeting date which look slike it is going to be the start of September. With what we have offered it will make paymenet of 24p in the £ where as the original proposal was for 26p in the £. With payment gained now instea...

Looking now 25% seems ludicrously high but it was accepted and paying them only 26p in the £.

I guess these days they wouldn't accept it and would make the supervisor take a much lessor cut.

Should it really take this long? The money is ready and waiting to be paid off!!
