She said that a POA has to be someone in complete financial trust so she recommended we put 2 ppl down but jointly, so if iva u can still do it - as it happens we r doing it with my in laws they are of sound mind but want it all in...

Do u know if it's possible to have enduring poa if you are in an IVA?

Hi, just thought i'd echo something mentioned above - if u dont actually give financial advise to customers ( i.e ur not a financial advisor/mortgage advisor or account manager) then its quite possible you'd be ok. I work for a major bank and it is for this reason my husband had to do a sole IVA so ...

well, as the title states 1 hr after the time hubby was told it would be his iva was finally approved!!! apparantly there were 13 minor amendments however only 1 affecting him, they wanted an extra £113 p/m but the cccs managed to get it down to just the additional £13! feel like we could scream fro...

Well, hubbys creditors meeting is tomorrow at 1.30. I am nervous beyond belief.

hubby got a letter from hsbc (not being used anymore) and it states " as you are in receipt of an IVA we have frozen your accounts" does this look like a good/bad sign ? they havent rang or written once and he didnt make the pyt to loan this month . the creditors meeting is 1.30 on wed 8th sept ! om...

hI AS IVE BEEN POSTIN MY HUBBY HAS HIS CREDITORS MEETING ON 8TH SEPT, HE GETS PAID TOMORROW AND HAS RECEIVED HIS LONG SERVICE 10 YR BONUS OF £400.
