Hi. Thanks for the replies. No they weren't included. Most of it was sold onto max recovery. Maybe they have now sent on to Westcot. What should I do? What can they do? I don't want them chasing for money and I thought this would all stop. It's been over 6 years now. Thanks.

However, today I have received a letter from Westcot Credit Services asking to verify that I live at the address. Just wondering what I should do as my credit file is clean now and I owe...

Good luck. I am sure it will be fine. I thought the worst a couple of months ago when my f&f was offered, but it was ok in the end.

Hi, I have completed though Egg has not updated my credit file with "Satisfied" like the other. Instead they were showing £618 "Default"... I contacted Experian about this and there is now a notification on my file. Egg say that's the current balance when Experian contacted them. I just logged on ag...

Thanks. Yes, that's probably right.

I was wondering really if it will affect my chances of becoming an IFA. I thought that you have to have good credit as your credit history will be checked and things like that.

Hi, Recently completed my IVA a couple of years early for a F&F settlement. My credit profile is looking much better, though Egg has not updated their records and want me to contact them to confirm I have completed things... Anyway, now that I have completed things I am considering becoming an IFA a...

Hi, My supervisor is today issuing my offer, however I have queried it because I went back to them, with their revised F&F spreadsheet and just amended £6,800 to £6,000 weeks ago, which returned 41p. The offer they are putting forward is 34p. When it was set up in 2006 my offer was 40p. The fees as ...

Hi, My IP has agreed to my £6k f&f and I have arranged for the monies to be sent today. The report is being put forward in the next few days. My original proposal was to return 41p and on a recent review (2nd year) and F&F calculation my IP said I am on course to offer about 46p. 95% of debt is with...

Hi. Told my friend about IVAs as he's in debt and has a ccj. He owes £10k so don't believe he will qualify for an IVA. He's tried to get a loan to consolidate his debt as i've said it's so much easier just to have one amount coming out each month, at an affordable level and you can monitor spending....

Ok. I understand and I believe my IP's fees are reasonable to what I have heard. I've got no problem really and happy with the IVA to be honest. Simply received a letter and was wondering what it was all about. I got one last year from debt doctor. My IP, well the company, work well and also respond...
