I can't believe that you are still waiting for your CC, I can't see any reason why, I did a F&F with payplan in oct and got my CC last weekend (they said could take upto 90 days), why are some firms taking so long to get these important letters out, bet you feel like you've done a jigsaw and are sti...

thank you for birthday wishes, I was also told 28 days for funds to be sent out, and up to 90 days for CC but they seem to have got everything sorted and sent it out very quick, I feel very lucky to get it so quick from reading about some of the time scales on other threads on forum.

Thank you for the reply I thought that was the case but was also hoping that the full and final meant just that, I haven't paid the overtime over yet as if they don't accept the F&F I think I'll have to go BR due to increase in my mortgage and me not paying my IVA for 2 months (which payplan know ab...

Hi All I have a F&F meeting on thursday, my question is that I've not sent my last 3 months payslips in yet and have overtime on them, will this overtime be swallowed up with F&F payment or will I still need to pay it over on top of the lump sum? A F&F means just that doesn't it or will they want ev...
