i have been sent a tax credit overpayment bill for £2000+ and was wondering how this affects my IVA, i have less than 2 years left.

there was a mention of remortaging after 4 years if there is enough equity in my house to clear the remaining debt in the IVA but would i get a remortgage after 4 years in the IVA?

how would they work out what i owe them? i earned roughly £5000 over 6 months but the roof cost me £2500. will they want the whole amount in one lump sum or spread over the remaining IVA terms which is about 3 years?

i paid cash unforunately so should i go to CAB ?

there is no website or address i got the number off a friend of a friend ? help me

What is the procedure for complaining about my original iva provider as when my circumstances changed financially they did nothing for 12 months and then my account was passed on to another provider?

I have a re-arrangement phone call with GT booked in for friday @4pm, i shall let you know what happens as soon as i find out.
