We are off the Insolvency Register :D So happy. Now it feels like a line has been drawn under the past (almost) seven years. Looks like it is automated as I can't imagine someone would go in and remove us on a Saturday morning. Annoying it is three months from the day they update their records and n...

I received a reply! "Details of the IVA record entry will stay visible on the IIR Register for a period of three months from the date of update/notification (18/08/2017) to The Insolvency Service. Ideally your IVA record should omit off the IIR Register on the 18th November 2017. The IIR Register is...

Thanks Foggy.

I was given an email address to contact and to be honest I've no idea who I just contacted (the email began customerservices.eas@).

I can't see the contact us link on the results page. Just a report an error button.

Well, we are still on the Insolvency Register. Our completion certificate was dated August 4th. The register updated to 'Completed August 4th' so I can only assume our IP had sent them a copy of our CC. Actually, I asked if they would be doing this and they confirmed that they would be. Just been on...

When you say "completed" -- was this your last payment or the issue of the completion certificate. They remove you three months after the issue of the cetificate --- and if the three months were up on saturday you should disappear the monday following ( they don't work weekends!). August 4th was wh...

Have you had your completion letter? Depends on when it got to the register.

Hi. We completed our IVA August 4th, 2017. The Insolvency Register states that you will be listed on it for three months after your completion date. Anyone know how long it takes them to remove you? Should I chase it up? It was three months on Saturday, I may be being impatient, but I've been waitin...

The Insolvency Register will take three months before your name is removed. We completed on August 4th and I'm still on there. FWIW our IVA was over six and a bit years (81 months I think it was). So all defaults dropped off our records within a few days of completion. Clearscore, Noddle Equifax etc...

Yep, finally :)

In hindsight I wish I hadn't signed up to Noddle and Clearscore while still in the IVA. There really is no point, your credit rating is pretty much shot.

My wife waited until after completion and there isn't even a whiff of it anywhere.

BTW we were in our IVA for 81 looong months.

Bit of a result. My Equifax score has jumped from 388 to 493 (rated 'Excellent') and all mentions of my IVA have been removed. Just waiting for it all to filter down to Clearscore now. Noddle have assured me that the IVA information will be removed from my next report (in six days). I'm still on tha...

One other thing. My wife has signed up to Experian, Noddle and Clearscore. She signed up after the IVA was showing as 'Completed'.

She is scoring max points across all three :)

Hmm... not impressed with Noddle. IVA still showing as Active, despite me sending them a copy of my completion certificate (which they received a week ago, sent recorded delivery). I've just chased it up and asked why is it still listed. Equifax have sort of taken it off, but under their 'Credit Sco...

Great post guys. I will be looking at this soon. (mine still has a couple years to drop off)
Thanks Rickne. I know some have found all this relatively easy but I haven't :(

Probably worse because I'm in a rush due to the car. Don't be in a rush ;)

Yes, I hate those drop downs -- never give you the option you actually want. I just pick one and carry on, then hope for someone helpful to reply and open a dialogue :-) Did not get anywhere. Rang CallCredit and explained. Reply was "Noddle is online only, you cannot speak to people, you have to em...
