This is all quite worrying, wish I had gone bankrupt! What has insurance got to with "insolvency"?

I am coming to the last year of my IVA and am still stuggling to pay the payments but want to see it through, although I beleive that I will still have to wait a year or so to be able to open an account or anything and I could not get a quote for public liability for insurance, why is this
