Hi all, just had my CC a couple of weeks ago and it's just turned 6 years since I started my iva. I currently have a basic account with the co op but want to upgrade to a 'normal' account with hsbc or Barclays, when can I apply for this? Once again TIA

Hi all, I had my CC last week, I realise I have to wait 3 months to clear my name of the IVA register my question is should all the defaults come off my credit report straight away or do I have to wait? Cheers

Hi all, another question i have! Please can someone explain this 6 year thing, my iva started in oct 2010 and was paid off in may 2016. Do i have to wait until October until my name comes off the register or until I apply for a mortgage? Cheers
