Thank you . this is not a tax free withdraw they have to pay tax on it. So you think they shouldn't with draw this as it could be taken away.

Hello,
My Mother and Father in-law went banckrupt a month ago . They have a surps pension private that they can cash in about £10,000 will this be taken off them from O/R . As i thought that they can't touch your private pension.

Thank you Tina for your help. Ther is no way he can keep the car he couldn't afford the payments. But i will have a look at the papework again.

Just read the contract says hire purchase agreement . Does that help.

It with Audi they brough a car on finance with them for £20000 . So do they just wait for them to take this vehicle back or should they contact them and hand it back. They pay Audi £400 a month for the car.

Thanks ladies , no he retired in march and moved from down south to up here with us in the north. They have £780 coming in a month and about £1500 going out so can't afford to live . Do u know if they can still get a coop cash minded account . Thanks
