All of your replies have helped like you wouldn't believe. I received a call from Melanie's team this afternoon, only sent my enquiry in this morning - wow !!

@kallis3 that sounds like a good plan to me! I will unplug the phone, answer letters and only answer calls if my IVA proposal is accepted .... please god!

Hi all, I have decided to take the IVA route and have an appointment with CCCS next week and have put an enquiry form into Melanie Giles company. I applied for a Nationwide Flex Account which they seem to have accepted and am waiting for them to open fully (had a letter just requesting my signature)...
