No expert - but no how can they its not your responsibility to carry it out its your IP who no doubt will have been withdrawing the fees for the work!

Carry on as you are but remember to note changes as at some point they will ask you to complete a revised I&E as part of the review

Hi Dennis take the advice and talk to someone asap - the interest alons on that kind of unsecured debt will be huge - so as soon as you get going the less will be the debt

Hi Lem we have all been there - first of all you have to try and step back - and plan which is hard because the phone rings all the time and you have no money which means even a simple thing can become a crisis. But it may seem that if you had carfriewd on for a little longer then it would be better...

On the bright side - using cash not a bad idea at the beginning - nothing like having the cash in a tin and working out where the pennies are going - does get you into good habits - in an iva a bit of careless spending can mean beans for the week!

This is the worst time - calls and letters - but keep calm. Calls - we pulled the plug on the bt line for the 6 weeks or so it took setting up the IVA and used the mobile easier to screen calls - the letters are not too bad!
