I have two accounts one with co-operative and one with hsbc. if i filed for bankcruptcy, theyd both be frozen!?
i dont know how it would work with the official reciever etc.

Looking back at my previous message, Payplan have come back to me. my IVA has failed for additional borrowing outside arrangement from the payday lender - so obviously honesty didn't help me AT ALL. id set up a payment plan and have to be tight for 4 months. if they can't be reasonable ill have to setup a payment plan with whoever they pass the debt onto.

I dont have any assets but that said im starting a new job, how do they calculate the three yearly payment? also its the embarassment really. my parents don't even know about my IVA...

I was late on a payment before but always paid it up, and that was it.
