Hi

Seems a reasonable solution for all, what figure were your creditors originally expecting and how much is the 3rd party now offering ?
Are you now back working ?

Send the debt collection agency a letter including a copy of the completion certificate, ask for conformation that they will not make any further contact as the debt is no longer valid

Hi You have done well, as others have said the whole idea of an IVA is to repay as much as you can reasonably afford to, over the agreed time period. Some people will repay just a few pence in the pound and others the whole amount plus statutory interest and fees/costs It is all down to personal cir...

Hi

You really need to offer an amount that is close to the remaining monthly payments, an offer based on your calculations will not be enough in my opinion

Is the third party able to offer a higher figure ?

Hi Do not agree to a secured loan unless you have agreed and signed a variation to your IVA to allow this option. You were only advised of a possible remortgage when you agreed your IVA initially, no one ever mentioned a secured loan possibility Let us know how this progresses Regards

Hi

Given your debt level I would look into the possibility of an IVA, this will give you a clear end date to your debt worries
How much are you paying each month into your current DMP ?
