You should come off the insolvency register within 3 months. Your IP deals with this by sending them your CC. Only after this date, if nothing happens, should you need to send them the CC. We received hubbys completion certificate early April and assumed the debt company would forward it to all parties concerned. Received the completion certificate today at long last. Can finally start sorting our lives out again and apply for a remortgage With zebras help after the iva has gone from the insolvency register

Well still nothing from Payplan. It really peeves me that some people get their certificates within weeks from other IVA companies.
