Thanks all. The support form this site is great, its such a big thing we are doing and cant really worry elderly parents in law, and with no family of my own, its going to be a great help having people to discuss my fear and worries with.

Amfrain, tina was the lady i spoke to first as well and I can totally empathise with you on the feeling. My only continued fret was that I wasn't sure if my debts would be included cos I only had teeny one in name...teeny as in 2.5k. Mind you my daft brain (always forgetts things, hence leakybrain)...

Thats good news. Yes, for me the phone ringing is the worst. It starts at about 7.30am and sometimes as late as 9.30pm. I particularly hate the calls on a Sunday. I get in from Church with a renewed strength, only to be zapped by calls from creditors! I wont miss that and am looking forward to a bit...
