thanks just want to know if we can fix. scared intrest rates are going to fly up and struggle to make payments.will ring them. we just didn't know if you could make any changes to mortage whilst in iva!

hi just a quick question, been in iva for 3 months. managing just! is there any chance that you can apply to your mortage company and fix your mortage rate when you are in a iva?

what a positive post. this is our first christmas in iva. with two chidren under 6 it is a challenge. previously i have done the same and bought for the kids and family on cards then had the stress in the new year. it does feel good this year as you wrap the presents knowing they are paid for!!!!! t...

hi
i know how you feel! just try remember the big picture you have security in not worrying how to pay all those credit bills. the kids have a home with a mum that loves them, thats what christmas is really about.

hi
can any one help we have gone over the overdraft on the bank account which is going in the iva (if accepted). this ahs happened due to bank charges. do we need too get back to the agreed over draft limit before the creditors meeting on the 1st nov?

thanks for the info, i will look into it. i will leave it a week and keep all fingers and toes crossed that i hear from co-op. would much rather not have to pay for account, but will if needs must!isn't this such a stressful time, it is the uncertainty that i find hard to deal with.
