Thanks for the advice!
It's just I will be looking to remortgage in the near future.
Looks like I will be waiting until May 2017 when both IVA and CCJ are off my credit file.
I have no need for a credit card but would have taken one should it help repair my credit file.

I've completed early with a F&F in April 2015! SO have completion certificate. I had drafted a letter to gym debt people with copy of IVA unsecured creditors - which they are named as one - and copy of IVA completion cert! But as I am now aware IVA does not cancel out CCJ it isn't worth posting! IVA...

Thanks you for the advice and information. So there really is no point writing to the gym debt collectors to contest the CCJ and the court will probably do nothing. Is it worth me getting one of those high interest credit cards now...so I can start repairing my credit file? Or should I just wait unt...

The CCJ was for an unpaid gym membership £127!!! The last communication I received from the gym was 30/11/10 saying they would be taking legal action. As I was in the process of having IVA approved which happened 23/12/10 and I had this included in the IVA yet 09/05/11 received the CCJ. I was not ma...

CCJ debt included in my IVA which was accepted Dec 2010 but CCJ still received MAY 2011 - are they allowed to this if I included it as an unsecured creditor in my IVA?

My IVA put in place 23/12/2010 but I completed early 21/04/15 so I understand will have IVA on credit file until Dec 16. However when checking my credit report there is an 'active' CCJ on file. The CCJ was included in my IVA yet the judgement date is 09/05/2011. This means IVA will drop off Dec 2016...

There is a CCJ for £127 from May 2011 on my credit file. When I took out the IVA in Dec 2010 I missed this debt off my list of creditors but did send the info off to my IVA company at some point and asked for it to be included. But I can't find any records of this myself - emails or photocopies? I w...

I settled my IVA earlier this year. I no longer appear on the Insolvency Register! However I have just signed up to Noddle to view my credit score and there are two inaccuracies on there. One is Natwest Credit Card showing as Default which obviously was satisfied when IVA settled. The other is an ac...

I think their admin processes are inconsistent. I had proposed a full and final whilst with PJG. Have followed up on numerous occasions with CF. Like yourself had letter re change of IVA company and received red envelope requesting change to bank details. However, no mention of new T&C's. Thought it...

I have still been advised I need to accept before they put my F&F forward and that the MVM mtg is due to be held in March. However, I got the distinct impression if I accept the ball will move more quickly. I can't help but think the MVM is just a hoax to buy time. I did ask for a date of this MVM a...
