Sorry to hear about your Nan. I was with Payplan and had £500 worth of premium bonds. At the beginning of my IVA they told me to keep the bonds and I had to send all winnings to them (not that I won that much) I had to cash my bonds in near the end of my IVA and send the £500 to them. It was exactly...

Kallis I'm exactly the same as you. I don't know whether the powers to be know about mine or not but there was something about bankruptcy and IVA's on our Force Intranet a couple of years ago saying you must declare it but I was already in my IVA at the time so I kept stump. I did hear a Sergeant a ...

I stand to be corrected but if they are in you wife's name then they probably will need to be paid into the IVA. I had premium bonds in my name and they had to be paid into my arrangement.

I know it's easier said than done but try not to worry too much. My Husband's was rejected at first but Creditors put forward new proposals in which he had to agree with and it was accepted the very next day. Good luck xx

Orange I'm in exactly the same position as you. My last payment was on the 28th July and I'm waiting for my completion certificate also. I was told that it would take up to 3 months but everytime the postie arrives I'm the first to the door. I have heard that some arrive quicker than three months an...

Thanks for your quick replies. I might try T mobile if they say no then they say no. It will not be a great loss. I'll then stick with pay as you go and treat myself to a new mobile with my first IVA free pay next month. That's if I have my certificate of completion before then. Will let you all kno...

Been planning this for 4 years and 11 months now. IVA ends next month but now my employers are talking about redundancies. So will certainly be a new job and new debt free life :-) Still planning on the American road trip next April though, there's nothing more relaxing than driving through the Neva...
