Up until our last review which was for year 5 we had never provided bank statements but they asked for them - not sure why but no problem as its not as if we can hide any money! I am with Jan though mine is slowing down now as we head towards the end....

What a lovely post, we have about 20 months left (inc 12 month equity payment extension) but I feel so proud that we are going to have paid about 60% of what we owed back & I know 100% that we will always now manage to budget. I can't wait to see money in our savings account & maybe even treat mysel...

We too had a car on HP & as it was a necessity for hubby to get to work & visit sites we were allowed to keep the car & pay the finance & once the finance was cleared our arrangement went up by the amount the monthly payments were on the car

Have to say we had no problems with Northen Rock accepting our IVA but that was before they had their financial problems so maybe they have just got a little tighter now the government have such a say in their affairs. Good Luck with everything

How lovely to see, we have 2 years left (inc a year for equity payments) & I too wish I had found this site years ago! It is nice to see someone at the end & I say definitely a treat for you & your wife next month!

This year (year 5 review) I had to have my last 3 months wageslips, p60, 3 months bank statements & proof of any tax credits. This year was the first time they asked for bank statements though....

I have just managed to get through & they have told me what I need to do & until I have the mortgage redemption certificate & a valuation they can't say what will happen. Slightly worrying time!

Thanks Michael. Do I need to contact them now (month 49) or do I wait until later in the year. I have been having real problems contacting them in the past few weeks & resorted to emails to sort out my review.
