GT actually took over a firm I used to work for a while ago and the feedback from former colleagues that are now working under them is that they are an excellent company to oversee your IVA needs.

That's very interesting to know that you can propose IVA's with such a low dividend and still get them accepted. So creditors will look at those options rather than inevitably force the threat of bankruptcy on the debtor?

Hi, just out of interest. When looking at an IVA, do Lloyds and Black Horse class as 2 separate creditors to make up the normal 3 creditor rule? Thanks in advance.

Hi

You can go through Payplan or the CCCS, they do not charge any fees as they are actually funded by the creditors. To be honest, with him paying such a low amount, it would probably be better if he went to a free service. Good Luck

Thanks very much, handy to know that. I had initially thought it was all overtime split 50/50. So advice to debtors is to save half and forget about it until the annual review comes around.

do BGas close customer accounts if they are in arrears only with them as a current utility provider once a customer goes into an IVA? I was not aware of that!
