How long depends upon who you are with .. many manage it withing a month or two, whilst others can take up to six! Aperture have emailed me to say that an attempted remortgage can be online, has anyone done this, would save a lot of hassle xx

I have been asked to attempt to remortgage for the remaining £17k as I've paid up my 5 yrs, however there's no chance of it being approved! How have others overcome this? Are there charges involved? Can it be done online? Thanks in advance

I have been expecting a letter from GT regarding house valuation, I am past month 54 and hope this delay won't extend my payments any more than they should. Is this normal?

I have had a decent pay rise and know at my annual review that my payments will increase, does that mean that I hit my target earlier or does my target increase? I am currently paying 49p in the £ and am 3 years into my IVA.
