It had been removed but for some reason some Tix staff tried to bring it back last week without senior managements knowledge!

Last week, a representative of Tix stated that HSBC have a hurdle rate where they wanted a minimum of 40p in the £ return. As mentioned in my previous post, they have not admitted that this is not the case after it was mentioned to them that Martin Prigent had said this was nonsense

I'm afraid not. You can appeal against the decision of the creditors meeting if you feel there is a material irregularity - this must be done within 28 days of the meeting. However, in this scenario I am afraid that the uplift will stand

The Standing Committee of the IVA Protocol deemed that both were acceptable and could be used ChiChing. On the updated protocol being released in 2010 it was not amended so it must be working as it is.

They are doing, we just heard back from Tix regarding the HSBC hurdle rate and they have now backed down claiming they did not know.

All information is being collated and sent to the standing committee if increases are requested from within guideline figures.

The IVA Protocol allows for either the CCCS and CFS guidelines to be used, so creditors should be geared up to handle either

Hi

When I worked at DFD, they did not use CCCS guidelines, they used the CFS so the guidelines are slightly different.

For want of being cynical, but straight in the Official Receivers pocket. I cannot see this resulting in greater returns for creditors.

Is it a way for the Cameron government to recover some indirect tax from the overindebted to help pay for the financial mess the country is im?

I wonder, if there is to be an announcement, how this will sit with Debt Relief Orders and the maximum disposable income being £50? It may be that the Insolvency Service bring in a minimum amount for an IPO/IPA at £50? What are peoples thoughts?
