Its only been a few days since i got my CofC so i dont expect the records to be marked as settled quite yet, but i d...

My creditors are Max recovery, Intelligent finance, First direct, Natwest/RBS and LLoyds TSB. Actually the Halifax one is showing as se...

It does seem like a pain to have to get the creditors to remove/correct the details. I would have thought that for the amount they charge the IVA agent should do it.. Anyway i guess ill just copy the certificate and run off a few letters to the various creditors, just in case. Is there any advise on...

A bit of a surprise in the post this morning. Finally my CofC has arrived! I really thought the last payment would be the best feeling of all, but i think this is better. Its really all over.

No more proving what I earn and spend (well except to the student loans company once a year lol) [:D]

I used Smile for my bank, a full current account (but not the enhanced Smilemore account). I was told by my IP it was fine as long as I didn't have an overdraft facility. I asked smile to remove it, which they did. Smile have been really positive towards my IVA and have offered to help rebuild my cr...

On my credit report it shows little or nothing has been paid to my creditors even though my last payment was made in November! The impression i got was that the IP only distributes the money at the end, but i guess it varies from IP to IP.

I have told them about the IVA and have got a letter explaining that its finished and that i met all terms. No way i can pay 6 months upfront or double deposit. Im not renting alone, im moving with my best friend who is squeaky clean on the credit front, so hopefully that will help.

What are they looking for? I told them about the IVA and they said it shouldn't be a problem and at worst a g...
