Kim, please don't feel bad. I have two step children plus my own daughter, and whilst I have tried to instill frugality since being in our IVA as I don't want the same thing happening to them, I might as well bang my head against a wall.

Hello Kim, We had debts of around £130k, with 13 creditors and just had our IVA accepted in October. We are now paying £780 a month, where as before our debt re-payments were a totally unmanagable £2500! The IVA payments amount to a dividend of around 27p in the pound. Do you know of anyone who has such large debts as mine and had an iva approved?

My creditors include lloyds tsb, black horse, mbna, barclays and egg. Are any of these notorious for voting against?
