Once again thank you for all your advises.
It is a big relief to just await for the certificate.
I am right to say if any windfalls I can keep it after FF accepted or after the certificate.
In this forum we know the answers before we go to the forum.

Thank you all, your support and advise. First payment is part of the IVA and just started. Because of my age and the job, requested for F.F The question is, For the regular payment of £16K for the full IVA period- can you offer £13kfor F.F
Is it a reasonable offer?

You always follow what is best for you. From the forum It is obvious the IVA is well suited for most of us. DMP have some draw backs as stated in the forum.

I have a proposalfor IVa debt about 113000.00 I have an joint endowment policy 24000- agreed to pay £369.00 month for about 75 months for IVA. Do you have to declare the pension. How is going to affect the monthly payment.
Is it better to go for last and final settlement and how much to offer.
