Thanks Foggy. The advice on that link is that if any debts included within the IVA still show as defaults after the final settlement date then I should notify the crediting reference agencies. I see what you are saying about it bring irrelevant until the IVA drops off our credit files anyway after 6...

[:D] Just had our creditors meeting call and all have accepted our f&f settlement aside from two non-voters. I sent the standard letter just for peace of mind. As above it doesn't stop them from calling but at least I knew we had been reasonable and fair in letting them know our situation. Thanks Melanie. I figure that if it could be included under a bankruptcy, then the same in theory should apply to an IVA. Either way they will get more under the IVA terms than the 'zilch' they would get under a bankruptcy. Fingers crossed!
