I finished in March and was told 3 months and still nothing. They have not had the decency to give me an update. I have to chase them but I really think they are taking the #### now :-(

I finished mine at the end of March and was quoted 3 months however this passed and I spoke to Payplan and again quoted a further 3 months which will take it to September. To be honest not really holding much hope it will done by then.

If you have direct debits going out say phone,sky, Internet account etc with out having any pay problems with them will this help your credit rating ?Plus a standing order account.

Hi I have spoken to Payplan and they have told me by email that I am not obliged to make a claim but if I do it will not effect my completion, so I do have the choice but however I don't have my completion yet so still feel slightly vunerable, Advice please
