2nd Time Lucky!!!! My IVA has just been accepted the second time round, and to top it all, Virgin and Northern Rock who gave me such hassle last time didin't even vote!

Morgan Stanley have been on the phone today demanding a payment. My IVA has been re-proposed after it failed last time. I stated that my IP had said to not make payments, but all he kept repeating was that as I'm not in an IVA at the moment I wouldn't be trreating them preferentially if I paid them....
