Why would you offer £10,000 when the balance remaining would be £7200. The offer of £5000 will do.

Hi Jean
You cannot sell the house as you both might have signed RX1 form.This form restricts selling of the house without the permission of your IP.

Just make sure the default dates are 1st August 2012 on all your default dates. If not, you have to write to your Creditors to change the date so that after 6 years from this date the defaults will be removed.

The defaults will stay in your credit file for 6 years from the date of your Bankruptcy.

Don't panic,Samantha. They will only consider 85% of the total value of your house. The value of the house from your local estate should be of Quick sale quotation.And if the equity is less than £5000, they wont extend your IVA.

Yes they can do providing you have good reasons to offer full & final offer such as redundancy, loss of income etc.

Shall my OH who is on DMP with Payplan, stop making monthly payments. She has already sent papers for IVA to Payplan but has not received any reply from them. She posted them last week. Does she need to inform PP regarding cancelling payment or she just do it online by cancelling her standing order....

You wont loose your home as it is in negative equity.
But it is advisable to appoint solicitor as this is property matter.
