Forgot to mention - all of my creditor related debts have been removed from my file - GTUK advised me they had sent copied of my certificate to my creditors.
I'm just surprised the IVA is still showing despite my name no longer being on the public records list online.

Hi all I just checked my experian credit report via Credit expert to see if my file had been updated. My IVA completed last October, it took ages to receive the closure certificate from GTUK - that came November 6th. I checked the public records and my IVA entry was removed. My IVA started in Septem...

My Creditors are/were - Max Recovery/Wescot/Lloyds bank. I emailed Max and Wescot who confirm they have the document...

I managed to include my monthly OU installments as part of my expenses, as there were only 2 years left from a 6 year course , thereafter the expenditure/monthly IVA repayments were adjusted accordingly :) ps I got a BA Hons in English Language [:D] I'm doing a 12 month TEFL course now but this was ...

I was also with Accuma and now GT. They are very impressive In my opinion. Any quesions that I have are answered via email within an hour usually.
Right now they are putting together a Full and Final proposal for the creditor ( Max Recovery ) and I have confidence in them. :)

Hi Michael , thanks again:) When I bought the house ( back in 2000/2001 ) myself and my wife were having problems and I was earning enough for a morgage on my own. A few years back we had a discussion with a lawyer friend about ownership rights and he confirmed that if I sold the house , my wife wou...

Thanks Michael , I will explore that route. For whatever reason at the time , my wife's name was not on the deeds to the house.
Would it be possible to have her added before I make that proposal? Sorry if that sounds a bit clueless but I haven't even thought of that avenue prior to your suggestion.

Having just spoken with my IPA , he now tells me that As your property is an included asset of your arrangement, it is possible that your creditors would ask for you to bring in the equity available in your house then ask you to maintain monthly contributions as well as they will look to try and ach...

It is just myself in the IVA, I have actually paid in for 39 months. Just had the last 4 months deferred.
If I change to a DMP I guess the IVA will fail and the last 3 plus years will be to no avail.
Part of me says..just sell/clear and start over.

I have switched to interest only with my main mortgage company ( Santander).
My second mortgage (SPPL ) will not allow an interest only adjustment. I looked into the HMS (Homeowners Mortgage Support) scheme but neither company are a part of that.
