Not yet, didn't think there was much point until this item from RBS was removed which should be by the end of this week.
I will call him if that is what you recommend. Thanks Lulu

Still awaiting RBS to get there act into gear and remove an item that was never marked as default in the first place. Up until then I cannot do anything. Before even putting my house on the market would i be well advised to apply for a mortgage 'in principle' to ensure I can get the borrowed amount ...

Settled accounts like this, without a default, will show for 6 years from when they mark the account as settled. I'd contact the CRA for advice here, as clearly those missed payments would have been years ago before the IVA was set up and you defaulted at that point. The default marker appears not ...

Its shows settled with status history as (most recent first) [0][0][0][0][6][6][6][6][6][6][5][4] Should I just hold off applying for a mortgage or get this sorted first, seems to be a couple of conflicting opinions!!?...

It is showing as SETTLED, date 01/12/06.
Everything from IVA & other 2 accounts with RBS have been removed (no longer showing) apart from this one.
I'm stressing that when I come to applying for a mortgage the lender will see this and decline me.
To note the IVA started 11/08/05.

Hi, I entered into my IVA via Payplan on 11th August 2005. On 15th August 2006 a full and final offer was accepted and settled the IVA. As it is now more than 6 years from the start of the IVA I now notice on my credit records that everything has disapeared apart from one entry from RBS for a person...
