i have just found out that they are trying to hide it in their childs account and they cannot see that it is wrong. I am quite ashamed of being related to them. What should i do?

A friend is in an IVA and has just recieved a sum of money from a relatives estate, she is trying to hide this money using another account. should she do this or is this against the law.
