Thank you all for your kind words. My best friends know I am just starting on an IVA and it isn't an issue with them, and I am quite relieved knowing I have taken the steps to do something about my situation rather than pulling my hair out about what to do next.

It isn't worth lying on forms, they always catch up with you. I've never done it, because it just isn't worth it.

It's going to be through Freeman Jones. I am right at the beginning but so glad to be away from Baines and Ernst who have made my life a misery for the past 8 months. My financial state has worsened since I went on their DMP.

I'm just coming away from B&E, after using them for a DMP. I found them dreadful. They wanted £270 to start work on my case, it was 3 months before the letters and stuff stopped.
