Hi Foggy,

Thanks thats what I was thinking, which is what I had to sign before I got my certificate. Don't worry, I will keep on at them as its too much money too ignore, for me anyway. Thought I was seeing things when the letter came through.

Just to add to this topic - My IVA fnished in June 16 and I've now just received a letter from my old bank to say they are paying out PPI on 2 old loans and a credit card and its upwards of £25k - they have said in the letter they have sent a copy to my IVA company as I was previously in an IVA and ...

Thanks Foggy - If I could retire at my age I would ( 44 ) - I will certainly consider a 4 day week though once I start looking for something new....my plan is to find some day to day office work - typing, answering the phone etc. I won't be going back into Management! Had more than enough after 17 y...

Whew - Thanks for the reply Kallis, I finished at the right time as the redunancy has been looming since April 16 when we were told the office would be closing.... I did think that would be the case but always nice to check with you guys too :) So I can look forward to it now - taking a month or so ...

Hi - sorry - not been on here for a while and it's all changed - I couldn't work out how to raise a new question so I am tagging it onto my last post from last year.... Got my CC last June ( 2016), everything has been going great since but I am now going to be made redundant within the next 6 months...

Well done - enjoy the extra money you have now. I made my last payment in March this year and have since put my monthly payments into my savings!! I've never had £800 in savings ever & it will just keep going up now!
Hope you enjoy the freedom now - the 5 yrs are worth it!!!

Email from Aperture today to say I don't owe anything additional from my final I&E and they have passed my case to their closure team, finally on the last leg! And I have to say Aperture were great on the phone yesterday, very helpful! so thank you. i hope the closure is as quick as the rest!

Thanks Foggy - it's so frustrating as Cleardebt have been great and always on time for reviews etc. When I've called - i get told they will get back to be, then nothing.
