Hi Susie, I had a similar situation with Paypal, i had an email saying they tried to take £24.23 in fees out of my bank account and it failed cause i had moved eveything over to my new account because it was one of my creditors. Hi, Not sure if this is a stupid question, but here goes! I started an IVA last month, which is a sole agreement. I live in rented accomodation with my partner, and she is wanting to get a mortgage. So is there anything stopping her getting a mortgage on her own? I.e. my situation hindering her!? Jez

About a week before my meeting the phone calls stopped, with just the odd letter, which are probably system letters which sneaked through. It all went very quite and felt weird really.

I still can't believe it! Was sat at work allmorningnot being able to concentrate for worrying! And now this afternoon I can't concentrate cause I'm so happy and can finally think about a debt free future!

Well!!! OMG!!!! 100% IVA approved!! Yippeeee!! Even MBNA gave me a yes! I'm still shaking! Can't believe everybody voted and approved it! Cheers for the MBNA advice, didn't know that if someone didn't vote then they are then bound under the IVA.

Sleepless nite ahead I think!! Just bring on 12:45pm tomorrow and at least I will know either way!

Hi, Got my creditors meeting tomorrow! its been a long wait, ive had nobody chasing me for money for over a week now and it feels strange and I feel lost. Just hope all goes well tomorrow lunchtime, but i cant stop thinking the worst!! i.e. nobody will vote, all the creditors will reject it etc etc....
