Hello, I had the same, 1 month after I completed IVA I got an Experian credit report and no mention of the IVA. However this is not correct info, make sure you put any previous addresses on there. There's no hiding from it, it will be there until exactly 6 years after the start date. Hope this helps

You will need to wait until 6 years after the date your IVA started then u will have a clean rating and get a mortgage no problem. I would advise you get a credit card to rebuild your credit score, I got a capital one and as long as you pay it in time it will build your score. The IVA will fall off ...

Guys just to keep you in the loop I applied to capital one and got accepted with a 1k limit. I don't want a credit card to be honest but it's just to build my credit rating up. Onward and upward keep the faith fellow iva'ers!

Thanks for all the help guys I really appreciate it. I am going to contact Welcome Finance and Halifax tomorrow. I will keep you posted. Also I do have a mobile phone bill thats fully upto date.
