Hi all. Update for you. Ive been able to obtain the £2,000 from a third party. My IP is going to the creditors for full and final settlement meeting. Lets hope they accept.This im told could take three months. Thanks Again

Hi I cant raise the 5,000 due to Loan to value of 70%. Is the only option really bankrupcy ? my wife is in part time eployment with a clean credit history, perhaps she could borrow the money. Update from my IP, we cant go to the creditors for a paid to date meeting, because i show a surplus. Balance owed is £9750. one option would be to try and raise around £5000 and offer this as full and final settlement,but they still may not accept.But how can i raise this amount with my credit ratin...
