Altering a tax code is as I see it perfectly fine. In fact HMRC are actually allowed to do this rather than giving you a cheque lump sum if under £2000. I can't see anything wrong with this at all. Yes I agree on paying as much back as possible but this is a win win situation. As this can be done is...

Just picking up on this! How much is the rebate? Under £2000 they can or you can ask for this to be put into your tax code for next year. That way it is not a windfall. It is ideal if you are paid the dame every month but have the 10% clause on pay as this would show as extra income. Alternatively y...

Surely that can't be correct!! So not all customers get access to the same facilities at payplan? I know it's about individuals but surely a company the size of payplan should treat all customers fairly and denying them access to payplanplus goes against this? Could nick explain why payplan have mad...

Supergert have you tried sending a message via payplanplus? If you have you have a record of these and making a complaint will be easier as you can prove they received them. Alternatively just call them explain grounds for your complaint & they will investigate.

They shouldn't see that as a problem? I communicate email with mine & all saved in my inbox. That way need to speak to her once a year at review time. I've not had a problem but things are always clearer in black & White.

Good luck. See if IP can add the debt? If it isn't a large % of debt they may agree to add.
Husband pay rise is it greater than 5% net? If not really can't see it being an issue your p/£ is higher than mine & my IP was fine with mine.

Tarasue your house is safe. A forced sale is rare but is a possibility for all in an IVA. Personally I hope we go into recession next quarter & stat until end of 2012 then I won't have to go into a seventh year in 2016. Whether you need to make concessions in other areas is upto IP. I got to increas...

What did you do last year? Can't see council tax going up by much this year like last year. Utilities will depend where you live. As we all get charged at different times of year why not call & ask them what they project your costs will be. I know with payplan you can adjust your budget online & it ...
