I believe the housekeeping budget for single person is £195ish. However, what if the single person has his two daughters stay over once during the week and then once every other weekend? Should the budget be extended or would I have to ask the ex for a couple of quid?

Ok many thanks Melanie for the quick response and clarification. It sounds as though the Savings account idea may be a no brainer then - we just thought it would grow the cash a little and help to maximise the release.

Melanie and her team are excellent - not just when arranging and sorting the IVA proposal (in a manner acceptable for all) but also when supervising the arrangement too! Very fair and flexible to all.
