Hi, I am just at the beginning of IVA,have spoken to an administrator today who is preparing case and she has advised that Northern Rock will push for 72 payments.Has anyone else experienced this?
PS 3rd direct debit to creditor this week not paid today,feels very strange!

After all the advice and support I have received from everyone I was brave today and went to the bank and cancelled all direct debits to creditors! Thanks

DRD have all my paperwork and have paseed it to the IP to prepare case.Am awaiting a phone call from them and I assume will receive a copy of proposl to approve in post from them. I have completed all paperwork with creditor statements etc and have passed that to debt free direct who have now passed it to Varden Nuttall and I am waiting for a phone call from them.At the moment all payments to creditors are up to date and have been paid this month
