Thank you Melanie, Yes she was brillaint. Would recommend her to anyone.

It wasn't a lot from my dad, but enough for my creditors to accept. I'm finally free, and it feels good.

Never going back there.....

Wow, after just 12 months I have finished my IVA. Having entered into one last June, my circumstances suddenly changed about 8 weeks ago and I lost about £300 per month in wages. Thankfully my IP (Liz Pywowarczuk) and her team at Liberta Financial have been so helpful. I felt I had two options...ban...

Hi 12 months to go..... Just read your post here to Christine.dl about your take home pay being reduced. I'm about 12 months in and my wage is soon to reduce by 20% and I'm sh**ing myself. Certainly don't want BR but would be more than willing to extend just to complete. Written to my IP along with ...

Liberta Financial......

Up to now they've been ok, maybe because I've coped and haven't caused any issue.

Fingers crossed they can sort something out....at the end of the day I haven't defaulted, it just my circumstances have changed!

Thanks

Hi Foggy, I'm not sure, but as you say it probably was. When I completed all the initial paperwork I just told them my monthly salary. It was all there in the pay slips. I'm just worried that all is lost..... I've photo copied my last 3 wage slips and written a letter axplaining the situation. We on...

It went from £27.something per month to £65.something per month. Naturally I cancelled it, although I did ask if that was their best! It's now Ive got the problem....

Hi kyla123x

To be honest I can't remember. I've had my date now for about a week now but reckon it was about a week from them receiving my signed papers.

Good luck
