If you go into one of the big Orange/Vodafone etc shops, they rarely do a credit search as they are too worried about getting their sales bonuses!!

Fees are usually a percentage of all realisations, plus the nominees fee, plus some unrecoverable VAT which I don't understand.

I've seen figures of between 15-20% of realisations, plus £1500-£2000 for nominees fee as the norm.

You need to speak to your IP to review your new income and expenditure, maybe a full and final settlement to accept "payments to date" could be put forward?

Going bankrupt or being in an IVA won't stop you driving lorries for a living!

It sounds like a very specific clause was added in for whatever reason, it looks very black and white to me (unfortunately).

Worst case scenario just leave the monthly allowance as per your original income and expenditure. You will only normally need to justify things where you are asking for an increase in allowance.

If you only have 5 payments left, its probably simplest to just try and stick to the repayments if possible.
