Thank you recovering!! I am just so disappointed. I should have known better. I should never have assumed and I should have hounded GT when there were no replies to my emails. In saying that though, the blame does not lie completely with them. They have been supportive. I know they are not the quick...

Through lack of folk in my personal life that know my situation I thought I could come on here and virtually cry a little bit. So, long story short my husband and I with 14 months left of our arrangement and through severe lack of communication found ourselves in arrears. Today, we had a variation m...

Hi Beverley, Nothing more to add to the advice you have been given but just to say there will be a solution out there for you. Make a few phone calls. Ask as many questions as you like, gather all the information you can on your options. Although I haven't posted here for a long time I am always lur...

I too received this letter from GT this week. I have received very little correspondence from creditors with regards to PPI claims that EIC are undertaking on our behalf but will send the little info I do have. Didn't think I would have any PPI to begin with to be honest yet so far they have got nea...

Hi everyone, Not posted for quite a long time. I hope all of you are well (for those of you who may remember me!) Mine isn't a debt question but thought there might be somebody who could help point me in the right direction. I am desperately trying to get some life insurance sorted for myself and my...

Haha. Me again!!! Just trying to work out my figures for my IE. Now GT said just to send it in reflecting what I am spending. All well and good but my surplus is now coming in around £30 less than my monthly IVA payment due to losing Tax Credits. Should I just send it in as that and see what they sa...

Thanks Gareth and Jan!! I have contacted GT and they have put my mind at rest somewhat. I don't really want a reduction in payments and I think we could manage if GT decide at the end of review to keep our payments for the following year the same. Will require even more tightening of the belt (won't...
