hi sorry for hijacking this thread - I am in the same boat nearly

how much does the equity need to be as i have about 20k equity but will only be about 2.5k of 100% full payoff at term.

will they accept that i have paid more than original dividend agreed or will i still have to pay the 2.5k

My Practitioner at SDS has resigned and been replaced

i am in my final year and they sent me my I+E from 3 years ago - not even the ones I emailed them back !!!!

will it have a major effect on how the final year goes etc?

had a letter sent yesterday that my IP has noted that my liabilities have exceeded 10% of the estimated value ? what does it mean, he says he is currently reviewing the increase in liabilities for the purposes of proposing a variation to the arangement -confused ? anyone help explain before they get...

no she isn't in the iva,
and has been unable to drive on medical grounds for a few years and now has been having lessons, she has a chance to help a friend out in her cleaning business and if she could drive it would help out in the long run
