I was wondering if anyone could help? As a part of out IVA proposal we are including an initial lump sum from the sale of our car, however, a close family member has offered to give us the required funds so that we dont have to sell the car to raise the cash. Thanks Andy,

Am I right in assuming that I will not be able to run a 'regular' current account even if there is no overdraft facility attached? A debit card facility would be a necessity to continue to function as normally as possible.
