My husbands proposal was accepted immediately, however my proposal was originally refused on the morning of the meeting as n...

Forgot to mention big thankyou also to Tony Parsons (aka Welshboy). He was extremely helpful and provided us with remortgage quotes very quickly so we knew what our options were.

Remortgage would be for £247500 (borrowing 90% loan to value against our property). It is an interest only mortgage and the rate is fixed at 6.64% for 3 years. Alternatively we could keep our existing mortgage with Bristol and West and raise the funds for our iva settlement via a secured loan for £4...

Can anyone recommend a good insolvency practitioner that specialises with full and final iva settlements. Many thanks Hi OW Best not name the firm as I would probably get in hot water if I named them. I can only assume that we have been unlucky with the designated IP as the firm has had many positi...

Hi rexy, You're in the right place - browse through this website and its forums and you'll notice there are some excellent IPs offering accurate and non-judgemental advice (for free!). I've been trying to enter into an IVA (or other solution) with a popular DMP/IVA company for over a month and thin...
