Thanks thats what we were under the impression of but not so after speaking with IP. We would defo benefit from C/M as some weeks there is no bonus and others there could be in excess of £100 so you may see where we are coming from with regards the benefits. Where will i find the exact wording, will...

Hi just a quick question, our IVA was accepted on the 21st April and payments start in June, what i dont understand is that when calculating our income and expenditure this was done on a calendar monthly basis even though we are both paid weekly but any overtime/ bonus has been calculated weekly, th...

Thanks Kallis, thats my understanding of how it works but dont want to go BR then find they take the house, its been worked into my cccs documentation in the same way.Hope someone has the answer here before the 21st may have to speak to my IP on Monday who is dealing with the IVA.

I have spoken to cccs again the guy i spoke to has now confirmed that DLA is offset in BR for the purpose intended and he doesn't think the house would be taken but no one is clear about how the equity is calculated for BR, even phoned the insolvency helpline today and was told i give my valuation ...

No they have not exlpained anything about the DLA fitting intp BR,I also receive Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit for Asthma and thats also been included as income for the IVA. Not sure why both benefits have been considered.
