yes, it was the best decision we ever made but it has been a very long 5 years, I think the worst is when something goes wrong like a washing machine or something, then you either need to save, beg or borrow.

That's fine on the minimum cos the windows and doors will be £6000, but I can get the front done for £3000 which is the most urgent! Thanks for all your help.
